The 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the general membership has been scheduled for January 18, 2012, 6pm to be held at the Multi-Purpose Room, Ashton Brosnaham Field. This meeting will be held pursuant to the club’s bylaws, which allows for board elections, voting on proposed club policy changes and board meeting business. Please plan to attend as this is a great opportunity to see the club board in action and participate. Members, who are the legal parent or guardian of a registered and in good standing player with the Pensacola Futbol Club at the time of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) are entitled to one vote per registered player on each matter submitted to a vote of the members. The slate of nominees for board vacancies can be found in the December Executive Board Meeting minutes.
